Organic Dry Yeast

Demerara sugar

Warm water

warm milk

Wholemeal or white flour

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Stuffing (choice)

Misture os 4 primeiros ingredientes e reserve por 5 minutos. 

Mix the first 4 ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes.

Numa tigela misture a farinha e o sal e junte a mistura de fermento reservada. Acrescente o azeite e comece a sovar a massa. 

In a bowl, mix the flour and salt and add the reserved yeast mixture. Add the oil and start kneading the dough.

Quando a massa estiver lisa e desgrudar das mãos, divida-a em 06 partes iguais. Modele as porções em "bolinhas" e deixe descansar por 30 minutos. 

When the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands, divide it into 6 equal parts. Shape the portions into "balls" and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Após o descanso da massa, com um rolo, abra cada porção em uma massa circular bem fina (quanto mais fins mais crocante).  Asse as massas em forno pré aquecido (a 250 graus) por cerca de 3 a 5  minutos. As massas não devem ser assadas totalmente agora. Devem ficar pré assadas. 

After the dough rests, with a rolling pin, open each portion into a very thin circular dough (the more ends, the crispier). Bake the dough in a preheated oven (at 250 degrees) for about 3 to 5 minutes. Doughs should not be fully baked right now. They must be pre-baked.

Recheie as massas com o recheio e molho da sua preferência e volte-as para o forno (a 200 graus) até que estejam totalmente assadas. 

Stuff the pasta with the stuffing and sauce of your choice and return them to the oven (at 200 degrees) until they are fully baked.
