- Diced Bacon1/2 cup
- Sauteed Cabbage1/2 cup
- Coarse Cassava Flour1 cup
- Garlic2 tablespoon
- Panko flour100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the ready feijoada if you need to add a little water
- Sauté the garlic and add the beaten feijoada, in the sequence add the manioc flour here that turns into a dough and comes off the pan
- Wait to cool and open the dough with your hand and fill it with bacon and cabbage close and coat
- Dip the egg in the panko flour and fry in hot oil or in the air fryer.
- Serve with chili sauce and you're done.
