- Rap 10 or sheet bread1 unit(s)
- Diced Filet Mignon200 g
- Lettuce leaves2 unit(s)
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey)1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce1 tablespoon
- Mushroom champignons1 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a pan put the olive oil and the filet mignon cubes and sauté until cooked on the outside (to seal the meat)
- Add the soy sauce and honey and mix well, add the mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes until the meat is very tender and set aside
- In a non-stick frying pan put the rap 10 and wait for it to brown
- Add lettuce leaves and filet mignon cubes with cooked mushrooms
- Fold in half and that's it, serve next 😋
- Tip: serve with Organic honey on top to give a special touch 🍯🤤
