- Light curd (1 cup)200 g
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- In the multiprocessor, beat the olives and the shredded ricotta until it becomes a dough.

- Finally, add the green scent and mix carefully. If necessary, add salt. Remembering that the olive is already salty.
