- Recipe
- Slice of wholemeal bread about 5cm thick1 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato1/4 cup
- Fresh chopped basil to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Small garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Grated colonial cheese to taste
- Place the bread in a shape and take it to the preheated oven at 250ÂșC for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the tomato with the oil, salt and basil. Reserve.
- Remove the bread from the oven and rub the crushed garlic over the entire surface.
- Add the seasoned tomato mixture. Cover with the cheese and take it back to the oven for another 5 minutes at 200ÂșC.
- Serve with fresh basil leaves.
