  • Oat flour300 g
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Demerara sugar3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  1. Boil a cup of water and add the demerara sugar and butter.
  2. Add oat flour little by little until it becomes a malleable mass that does not stick to the pan.
  3. Churro-shaped cut
  4. Place in the AirFryer or in the oven at 180° for 25-30 min.
  5. Bread in cinnamon with demerara sugar
  6. For the filling I used white coconut and dulce de leche from cocodensado
