- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the ricotta cream and mix again.
- In a frying pan greased with butter or oil, gradually place the egg mixture and the cottage cheese. Leave covered on low heat until the edge is firm. Remove the lid, mix quickly and serve.
