- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 g
- Skimmed milk250 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- Banana and Strawberry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Xylitol80 g
- For the bread, start by separating the white from the yolk, and set aside, then beat the white until stiff.
- Mix the oatmeal, sour cream, yeast and season with salt.
- Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake in the oven at 200° until dry. (25-35 min).
- To make the french toast cream, beat the milk with the egg yolks and xylitol.
- Wait for the bread to cool and cut into slices, soak in the reserved cream in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Then just fry in a frying pan, in the oven or in the airfryer.
- Decorate with the fruits of your choice and serve.
