- Plain yogurt or Kefir yogurt2 tablespoon
- Xylitol or Stevia sweetener (optional)1 tablespoon
- Start by mixing natural yogurt with xylitol sweetener
- Cut the Pitaya into pieces and set aside
- Cut the banana into slices and set aside
- In a bowl start by placing the banana cut into slices
- Add the Pitaya in pieces
- In the cover put the natural yogurt and that's it 😉
- Serve then 😉
