- Flaxseed flour (bread)2 tablespoon

- Pepper / Garlic Powder / Sweet Paprika1 to taste

- Grate the carrot and mix with the other ingredients, seasoned with salt and seasonings to taste. Make small balls with the mixture. Beat the egg separately, then pass the meatballs in the flaxseed flour. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (aluminum). Place the pan in the oven for about 35 minutes until the meatballs are browned and lightly browned.
