- Seasonings to taste
- Tapioca flour1 tablespoon
- On a plate, mix the egg with tapioca flour and the seasonings you like. (I add salt, oregano, turmeric)
- In a greased frying pan (I use mold release) I put the mixture in the frying pan, spreading it well and let it cook, when it starts to release the beradas from the frying pan, turn it over and let it bake on the other side.
- When it's loose and cooked, take it out, put it on a plate and use whatever stuffing you prefer. Tips for stuffing: salads with mayonnaise, shredded chicken, ham and cheese or even shredded tuna.
