  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oatmeal or fine rolled oats1 cup
  • Skimmed milk1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Vanilla Essence to taste
  • Culinary sweetener to taste
  1. Beat all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Grease a frying pan and heat well. Spread 1 shell of the dough and as soon as it releases from the skillet, turn the side.
  3. Yield 5 to 6 pancakes!
  4. Tip: spread Greek yogurt and jam of your choice. I used sugar-free red fruit jam and homemade yogurt (both recipes are on my profile!)
