- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oatmeal or fine rolled oats1 cup
- Skimmed milk1/2 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla Essence to taste
- Culinary sweetener to taste
- Beat all ingredients in the blender.
- Grease a frying pan and heat well. Spread 1 shell of the dough and as soon as it releases from the skillet, turn the side.
- Yield 5 to 6 pancakes!
- Tip: spread Greek yogurt and jam of your choice. I used sugar-free red fruit jam and homemade yogurt (both recipes are on my profile!)
