- Boiled and mashed sweet potato2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Stuffing to taste
- Cook the sweet potato, remove the skin and mash it as if you were going to puree it.
- Mix all the ingredients (mashed sweet potato, salt, olive oil and oatmeal) with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Place the dough on a clean plastic sheet, place another plastic over the dough and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
- Use a mold pot to cut the dough into circles. Put the filling of your choice and close the pastries, using your fingers.
- Brush egg yolk and bake for 30 min at 180°C, greased with olive oil.
- Makes 8 pastries.
