- Oregano to taste
- Sliced Green Olives to taste
- Start by cleaning the sardines by removing the thicker skin and pimples.
- Cut the sardines into small pieces
- Add the ricotta cream and mix well.
- Add green olives and oregano to taste.
- Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Serve with rice crackers, toast, bread, whatever you prefer 😉
