- 1 1/4 granulated tapioca1.1/4 cup
- Liquid milk or coconut milk500 ml
- grated curd cheese250 g
- 1 Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Pepper to taste1 to taste
- Oregano to taste1 to taste
- Mix the granulated tapioca with the cheese, season with salt and pepper, add the already boiled milk and mix well. Place the mixture in a mold covered with plastic wrap. THE Dough is about 2 fingers thick, take it to the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours (until it is very firm). Remove the cling film, cut into squares and bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, bake for about 40 minutes or until golden. It gets surreal good 😋 To accompany a pepper jelly or bee honey 😅😉 .
