- wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- corn starch1/2 cup
- chocolate powder (I used toddy)1 cup
- yeast1 tablespoon
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Grease: margarine0 to taste
- Grease: sugar2 tablespoon
- Grease: chocolate powder1 tablespoon
- Syrup: condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Syrup: sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Syrup: toddy6 tablespoon
- Grease a mold with margarine and use the mixture (sugar and chocolate) to flour.
- Beat the eggs, milk and oil in a blender, always beating, add the sugar, flour, starch, yeast and vanilla until well blended.
- Spread half of this mass in the form, add the chocolate to the rest of the mass of the blender and hit a little to mix.
- Pour over the other on the baking sheet, turn on the oven when placing the cake and bake for 25min at medium temperature (I used 180°)
- Roof Mix condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder, bring to medium heat and stir until thickened.
- As soon as the cake bakes, remove from the form and put the frosting on top.
