  • Oil150 ml
  • Milk250 ml
  • Eggs3 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, oil, sugar and salt for 4 mins.
  2. Add the floção and continue to beat, after everything is very well beaten, add the chemical yeast.
  3. Unite a shape with butter and wheat flour, put the blender mixture in the shape.
  4. Cut the guava into cubes, tie in the wheat flour and add to the cake batter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 mins.
  6. And your guava cake is ready. It's delicious!!!
