Fresh grated coconut1 cup
Liquid milk200 ml
Milk powder2 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar2 tablespoon
Cheese50 g
Lemon zest to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
I used shredded cheese. But, it could be a little package. Mozzarella or parmesan works well
Place in cupcake molds. Let it bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve alone or you can mix it with MM and semi-dark chocolate.
In the individual cups I made a kind of pavé with layers of crumbled cake and a layer of melted chocolate, MM top and chopped chocolate
