- Recipe
- Fresh grated coconut1 cup
- Liquid milk200 ml
- Milk powder2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Cheese50 g
- Lemon zest to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- I used shredded cheese. But, it could be a little package. Mozzarella or parmesan works well
- Place in cupcake molds. Let it bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve alone or you can mix it with MM and semi-dark chocolate.
- In the individual cups I made a kind of pavé with layers of crumbled cake and a layer of melted chocolate, MM top and chopped chocolate
