- Recipe
- 3 eggs. / 150ml of oil. / 1 and 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots. / 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar. / 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. / 1 tablespoon (soup) shallow baking powder. /1 cup
- Chocolate syrup: half a box of condensed milk. / 1 cup of milk. / 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate. / 1 level spoon of butter1 to taste
- In the blender, place the eggs, oil, chopped carrots and beat for 5 min. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar and stir with a spatula.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and stir for another 1 min. or until the dough is smooth.
- Put it in a hole shape in the middle and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 min. or until golden. ➡Do the test: Stick a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, it's baked.
- Syrup: Place the ingredients in a small pan and mix over low heat until it thickens. Place next to the cake and finish with sprinkles.
