- Semi-sweet milk chocolate100 g

- Cake Dough: Blend the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender. Beat well for about 3 minutes. Add the other ingredients and beat lightly.
- Ganache. Melt the chocolate and stir in the cream until smooth. Place on top of the still warm cake.
