- Cornmeal375 g
- Wheat flour125 g
- Sugar250 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Corn oil250 ml
- Milk (hot)250 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender we will put the oil, sugar, and eggs. Beat for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl add the flour and cornmeal, mix in both and then pour the mixture from the blender. With the help of a spatula, stir gently, so that there are no lumps, now add the very hot milk. Mix again until all ingredients are incorporated. And finally add the yeast.
- Grease and flour a form with a central hole, or round. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
