- Place the eggs, milk, sugar and oil in a blender and beat well for 1 minute.
- Then add the cornmeal and wheat flour and beat until well mixed. Finally, add the baking powder and beat until well blended.
- Grease a baking dish with margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour and place the dough and put it in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes until the cake is golden. This time may vary a little more or less depending on the power of the oven.
