- Beat the egg whites and, without turning off the mixer, add the other ingredients slowly in the order above. Turn off the mixer to mix the yeast with a spoon. Put the dough in greased shape and light to bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Then pierce the cake while still hot with a fork and put the condensed milk and then the grated coconut.
