- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Water180 ml
- Sugar10 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cherry tomato or regular (chopped) to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- Put the yeast in a bowl of warm water.
- Oil the sugar and half of the wheat flour
- Add the salt with the rest of the flour.
- On a floured surface alone and the dough for 10 minutes
- Put a little oil on a cake and let it double in volume.
- In a greased shape with olive oil, place the dough, place the tomatoes, red peppers, cut into strips, basil, rosemary, olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
