- dry yeast2 unit(s)
- sugar1 teaspoon
- Mix the dry biological yeast with a little flour, add the warm water, mix well, add the sugar and the oil and leave to rest for approximately 20 minutes.
- If it is fresh yeast, dissolve it in warm water, add the sugar and oil and let it rest for approximately 20 minutes.
- Add the eggs and go sprinkling the flour and stirring the dough with your hands until the point of disgrace from your hands, finally add the salt. Drop the dough onto a floured table and work the dough until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, cut it into discs, stuff it to taste and close by folding the edges. It should be in the shape of a half moon. Fry in hot oil. The dough still rises when it comes into contact with the hot oil.
- I made three different pizza fillings, I put ham, cheese, a slice of tomato and oregano; of ham and cheese only and calabreza sautéed with garlic, onion, tomato and parsley.
