- xylitol3 tablespoon

- chia1 tablespoon
- flaxseed1 tablespoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- Parmesan1 tablespoon
- pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, add and beat the corn, eggs, olive oil, xylitol, salt and Parmesan.
- In a bowl add the blender mixture and put the rest of the ingredients mixing well.
- Put the yeast and spread it in a greased shape.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Note: I baked in the preheated airfryer for 5 min and covered with aluminum foil!
