- Put all the ingredients (except the stuffing) in a pot and mix until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
- Take the dough to the greased skillet in low fire and spread the liquid throughout the skillet. Give both sides of the dough.
- When it's ready, take it to a plate and make a cut from the center of the crepe to the tip so that you can fold it, and then just put your stuffing.
