- Chopped Bacon150 g
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- I cooked the cassava with salt for 20 minutes, removed it from the water and set it aside.
- I fried the chopped bacon over low heat to release its own fat, I did not add oil.
- I added the cassava pieces and fried them together with the bacon and chopped garlic until golden brown, finished with pepper and parsley.
