- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese400 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- warm milk1 cup
- Oil5 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sweet sprinkle - until ready500 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Start by putting in a bowl: the grated cheese, eggs, warm milk, butter, oil and salt. Mix well.
- Add half the amount of the sweet sprinkle and mix. Then add the rest of the sweet sprinkle until it comes together. (you may not use the 500g because it will depend on the size of the egg)
- Add the chemical yeast and mix well. The point of the dough is when you can shape it into sticks.
- Shape the dough into sticks
- Tip: if you don't want to fry all the dough at once, you can store the dough without modeling it in a pot and leave it in the fridge for 3 days.
- Take the cheese bread to fry in the oil. The oil does not need to be very hot, otherwise it will brown the cheese bread very quickly and leave the crumbs raw.
- When the oil is hot, lower the heat to continue frying.
- When golden, remove and place in a refractory with paper towel.
