- Kibe for wheat500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- If you prefer, add other seasonings. I used chili pepper, garlic, chopped onion and green smell. to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with warm water. Leave to soak for approximately 30 minutes.
- Squeeze the wheat until all the water comes out.
- In a container place the meat, wheat without water and seasoning.
- Knead until it connects.
- Shape the kibes and place in hot oil to fry.
- Your kibbeh is ready!!
