- Wheat flour for kibbeh250 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Hot water600 ml
- Oil1 can(s)
- In a bowl place the kibbeh flour and add the water and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- After the 15 minutes, drain the water from the kibbeh flour, pressing well to remove all the water from it, if you prefer, you can use a sieve to squeeze.
- Then add the ground beef and all the other ingredients and hand in the dough, stir with your hands so that the meat is incorporated into the flour and all the other ingredients. Taste the salt and shape your kibbeh.
- Put the oil to heat and fry your kibes. Another option is to use the airfray at 200 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, which can be more or less until the kibes do.
