- Flour for kibbeh1 cup
- Ground beef500 g
- Water2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped mint1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soak the kibbeh flour in water for 30 minutes.
- After that, drain the water well, transfer this flour to a bowl and add the other ingredients mixing them all very well.
- Model the kibbehs and fry in oil immersion, until they are golden.
- Serve with lemon!
