- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oil for frying to taste
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour, water and salt.
- Mix with a spatula until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer to a floured countertop and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and cut into rectangles of approximately 15x10cm.
- Add a little stuffing of your choice to each rectangle of dough, fold and close the edges well, pressing with a fork.
- Fry the pastries in a pan with hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
- Now all you have to do is taste your wonderful pastry!
