  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Stuffing to taste
  • Oil500 ml
  1. In a bowl you will mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Let rest for 10 minutes
  3. Take a part of this dough (small amounts) and open with the help of a rolling pin, form the pastel as you wish, fill to taste and close the pastries.
  4. In a bowl, heat oil and fry the pastries until golden on both sides.
