- Wheat for kibbeh2 cup
- Hot water2 cup
- Ground beef200 g

- Syrian Pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste

- Chopped walnuts100 g
- Mint1 to taste
- Place the kibbeh wheat in the hot water, cover and leave for about half an hour or until the water is absorbed. 2. In the meantime, prepare the stuffing: In a medium saucepan, over high heat, add the oil and onion. Saute until soft, about 2 minutes. 3. Add the ground beef and season with pepper, cumin and salt. 4. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and mint. Add the walnuts and stir to incorporate. Reserve. 5. In a large bowl, combine the hydrated wheat with onion and meat. 6. Wetting your hands in ice water, mold the dumplings with your hands forming a small cup and place the filling. 7. On a medium, over medium heat, heat the oil to 180°C. Fry the dumplings until golden, about 1 minute. 8. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot. 9. Enjoy! yogurt sauce: Wholemeal Yogurt 1 squeezed lemon Dash of olive oil Seasoning (I used chimichurri) Parsley and chives but you can also use cilantro Salt to taste.
