Frozen Frying Potatoes

Em uma panela funda coloque o óleo e deixe ficar bem quente 

In a deep pan put the oil and let it get very hot.

Quando o óleo estiver quente coloque as batatas em porções pequenas para o óleo não esfriar e a batata ficar mole.

When the oil is hot, put the potatoes in small portions so the oil doesn't cool and the potato gets soft.

Vá fritando em porções pequenas,e cada vez que tirar uma rodada deixe o óleo esquentar novamente.

Fry in small portions, and each time you take a round, let the oil heat up again.

Quando tirar a batata coloque no papel toalha para secar o óleo.

When you remove the potato, place it on a paper towel to dry the oil.
