- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the potatoes into very thin sticks. Obs.: I like to cut very thin even so they are crispy.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with the oil, and spread the oil evenly over them.
- Bake the potatoes in the airfryer at 200°C for 15 minutes, if necessary you can leave a little longer, until they are golden brown.
- From time to time, open the airfryer and shake it so that they all receive the same amount of heat.
- Add salt when they are ready.
