Frozen French Fries300 g
Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
Minced Bacon1/3 cup
Chopped green onions to taste
Sea salt to taste

In a non-stick skillet, brown the bacon until all the fat is released. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
Fry the potatoes according to the package instructions, by immersion in oil or in the air fryer, drain on paper towels and salt to taste.
On a plate, place the potatoes while still hot, cover with the grated cheese, the crispy bacon and finish with the chives.
