- For the stuffing, heat a skillet with the butter over medium heat and fry the onion and jerky for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, salt, green smell and sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off and book. In a bowl, mix the potato, egg, butter, cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper until smooth. In a greased non-stick frying pan, make a layer with half of the mashed potato, one with the stuffing, one with the Catupiry® and the other with the rest of the mashed potatoes.
