- Tomato sauce1 tablespoon
- Tuna2 tablespoon
- Minced cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano to taste
- Chopped Arugula to taste
- Olive oil to taste for drizzling to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, place the pizza dough, cover with the tomato sauce, spread the tuna and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, spread the arugula, drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
