- Add the egg in a bowl and the salt, beat until homogenizing the two, add the butter and milk, mix everything very well. Add the flour with a sieve and mix everything until it becomes a homogeneous mass, add the baking powder and mix lightly until everything is mixed very well. Add 1/4 of the dough in a frying pan and spread it out until you create a thinner layer at the bottom of the 20cm frying pan, add the fillings, grated mozzarella and grated ham to taste, finish adding the rest of the dough, spreading to cover everything completely. Take it to the fire very low to bake and leave for about 8 minutes, this will vary from fire to fire, keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn, then turn to bake the other side too, leave it for 5 minutes and always looking not to leave it burn, put in a pra and help yourself.
