- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Olive oil or coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Sesame1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Flour for dusting to taste
- In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix well, then take it to a floured bench and knead for about 5 minutes. Flour the countertop again and divide the dough into three parts, open with the rolling pin leaving it very thin, cut with the help of a plate or bowl to form the discs. Heat a non-stick skillet or grease it with oil, place the dough on low heat, when bubbles rise, turn the side. Place the ready-made dough on a plate and cover to form steam, this will leave the dough soft to roll, then fill. Put your favorite stuffing and salad!
