  • 1/2 medium avocado OR 3 col. full of soup3 tablespoon
  • 2 small sliced bananas120 g
  • 1 small frozen banana60 g
  • Filtered water or some coconut, oat, nut or almond milk150 ml
  • 2 col. of green banana biomass soup60 g
  • Fresh Grated Dried Coconut2 tablespoon
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or multiprocessor until smooth. Decorate with granola, coconut, granulated nuts, peanuts, etc.
  2. You can use fruit pulp instead of frozen banana, such as passion fruit pulp, mango, strawberry, red fruit, etc.
  3. The pulp in the photo is from PedeFruta®, from yellow fruits (mango, passion fruit, peach and cajá); the result is a more citric and very refreshing flavor.
