- cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- brown sugar3 tablespoon
- olive oil4 tablespoon
- oat flour1 cup
- chemical yeast1 coffee spoon
- vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- plant milk100 ml
- fit chocolate2 tablespoon
- honey1 tablespoon
- How to make the cake: In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, bananas, cocoa, oil and sugar. Whisk until the result is a liquid and homogeneous mixture.
- Add flour and oatmeal, the yeast is vanilla essence. Mix. Pour the cake batter into a removable form if possible, and cover with sliced bananas.
- Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180c for 40 minutes or test with a toothpick.
- How to make the syrup: it is optional in a bowl all the ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes, mix every 30 seconds. Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour or until it has cooled down and thickens.
