- Salt and pepper to taste

- Tomato slices1 unit(s)

- In a deep bowl, mix the meat, egg whites, chia, flaxseed meal, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into four equal parts and mold into a hamburger shape. In a non-stick skillet, brown the burger on both sides using the oil-free technique. To assemble the sandwich: spread the cream cheese on one of the parts of the bread and place the lettuce, tomato and hamburger. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
