- Soybean oil500 ml
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- In the blender, take the salt, the cream of milk and the garlic and start beating
- While beating, adding strands of oil lightly until it starts to reach the point
- Close to the point add the lemon and immediately your cream will create consistency.
- Serve with sliced garlic
