- 3 Eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 Cup of Milk240 ml
- 1/2 cup Oil120 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- 3 Cups of Sweet Sprinkle720 ml
- 1 Spoon of Yeast1 coffee spoon
- 1 Pinch of Salt1 teaspoon
- 1 Cup of Cottage cheese220 g
- In the blender, place the eggs, milk, oil and grated cheese.
- Beat the ingredients on medium speed until you form a cream.
- With the blender on, gradually add the manioc flour and after that, turn off the blender.
- Add the yeast and salt and turn the blender back on, at lower power, for about 10 seconds.
- In a round shape, approximately 22 cm, greased, add half of the mixture.
- Place spoons of cottage cheese on top of this mixture.
- Add the rest of the mixture.
- Take to oven, preheated to 180°C, for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve, with a delicious cup of coffee :)
