- Wheat Flour170 g
- Brown Sugar90 g
- Butter50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Start stirring with a spoon and then use your hands until it's homogeneous.
- Place the dough between two plastic sheets and open with a rolling pin to a medium thickness.
- Cut using templates of your choice.
- Take to bake in oven 180°c for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven still soft and wait to cool down to get crispy.
- Decorate with sprinkles, icing, melted chocolate or markers
